Scene from the Opera "Hunyadi László" ( Ladislas Hunyadi). Hunyadi László was the elder son of the Regent, Hunyadi János (John Hunyadi); he was dragged to the scaffold by the advisers of the Habsburg King, Ladislas (László) V. This tragedy was elaborated by Erkel Ferenc (Francis Erkel) in an opera produced in Budapest in 1844.
